Commission: The payout is 12% of one-off commission on all sales during the customer’s first year (yearly billing), and monthly commissions on all sales during the customer’s first year (monthly billing), $200 per lead, a one-time bonus of $200 when 1st referred customer onboards their first full-time employee, and a one-time bonus of $400 when 2nd referred customer onboards their first full-time employee.
